We currently only ship within NZ and to Australia.


For orders over $150 qualify for free shipping.

All other items under $150 will pay an extra $10 for shipping within NZ.

All items under $150 will be charged for $25 for shipping to Australia.


All items are shipped on a Monday morning, it will be sent the next closest Monday.

All orders are shipped with NZ Courier Post - you will receive a shipping message with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.


Orders are usually processed the next working day but may take up to 3. During New Zealand public holidays, processing time can increase, we thank you for your patience. Delivery timeframes are usually between 1 – 5 working days. 


For all local picks you must arrange a time with us via message and you will be sent the local pick up address.



We are confident in the quality before selling but if for any reason you unsatisfied with the quality of your team we offer an exchange/refund.

There is a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to let us know your request.

You will need a proof of purchase for your request, your item will also need to be unused and in its original packaging.
